H&M Leopard Scarf: I searched for the perfect leopard print for months (sad I know), but I finally found the perfect pattern for the right price! I bought this scarf a long while back, but it continues to be the perfect addition to spice up an all black or overly simple outfit.
Gold Bracelets: When I was a kid I use to think that gold looked tacky, but now I can’t get enough! I love simple bracelets with a little twist that I can just throw on with anything. The white and gold bracelet to the far left was a gift I received back in high school and I’m unsure of the maker. the second was a gift as well, and is made by Anna Beck whose designs you can find at Nordstrom. The large cuff was from H&M and adds a slight tough girl feel to any outfit. Of course I cannot forget about my favorite gold necklace from a previous post!
Michael Kors Watch: This watch was one of the first more pricey pieces I bought for myself. I bought it last summer and havn’t taken it off since. I wore a fake version of this watch from Target for about two years before I could afford to buy this watch myself. I love the menswear inspiration and versatility of the watch as I dress it both up and down. It is the perfect accessory.
Red Madewell Maxi: I bought this maxi dress at a major 50% off Madwell sale (plus my student discount). It was one of those great finds that you just know you will walk away with. I get so many compliments on the dress and its amazing color, it is a new favorite that I know will stay in my closet for many summers to come. The dress is hanging on my new black no slip hangers from Costco (35 for $10) that keep my tops from falling onto the closet floor.
J.Crew Tortoise Hair Clip: I carry this clip wherever I go. Every morning I attach it to the hardware of my handbag and run out the door. By the end of the day I am usually ready to throw my hair up, and this clip is the perfect size for a messy bun or half up half down updo.
Free People Chunky Sweater: I love this new sweater from Free People. It is the perfect piece to just throw on and go for those chillier fall days. I love the light blue pastel color and the thought of mixing it with black bottoms and my new putty colored Sam Edelman booties.
Clinique Chubby Stick: Lip color has become one of my closest friends. It adds a pop to any outfit and is a great way to play around with your look. The stick is easy to apply, goes on smooth, and never leaves my lips feeling dried out. I have two colors: a lighter pink for everyday use and a bright raspberry color for when I’m feeling bold. I love both and cannot wait to collect my next color!
J.Crew iPhone Case: I picked up this new iPhone case a few weeks ago and I am OBSESSED. I’ve had the same J.Crew leopard print case for quite awhile now and I have found the case to be the perfect mix of style and practicality. I thought this case was perfect as it incorporated one of my favorite trends, color blocking, with one of my favorite color combinations. Plus, its bright colors are easy to find in the bottom of my bag!
Clarisonic: I picked up this neon pink Clarisonic at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale. I love the bright color and have only heard raved reviews about this little machine. Although I am yet to put it to use, I am excited to add the Clarisonic to my nightly routine.
